1. Digital Products — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital product purchases made through this website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
To request a refund, email us at info@decisionaltitude.co with your order details. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (Paddle Payments Ltd), and will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Refund requests received more than 30 days after the purchase date will not be processed.
2. Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from digital content purchases. However, if you give your prior express consent to begin accessing the digital content immediately upon purchase (e.g., by downloading the PDF or accessing the interactive guide), and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal, this statutory right expires upon the start of that access.
Regardless of this statutory exception, we honour our 30-day money-back guarantee as a commercial commitment. If you are dissatisfied, contact us within 30 days and we will refund you in full.
3. Advisory Sessions
Advisory sessions (e.g., Pre-Training Clarity Sessions, Flight School Vetting, SIM Check Preparation) are sold and invoiced independently from our digital products and are not processed through Paddle.
Refunds for advisory sessions are available if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full. If a session fails to take place due to circumstances on our side, a full refund will be issued.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email info@decisionaltitude.co with:
- Your full name
- The email address used at purchase
- The product name and purchase date
- Your reason for the refund (optional — we won't withhold a refund if you'd rather not say)
We will confirm your refund request within 1 business day and initiate the refund through Paddle immediately.
