Live Mentorship & Advisory Coming Soon
Live, 1-on-1 sessions with airline captains. You set the agenda, we bring the experience.
Advisory sessions are booked and invoiced independently from our digital products.
Focused Consultation
Not sure if you need a full session? Start here. A 30-minute call with an airline captain, focused on one specific question: modular vs. integrated, a specific school, medical fitness, or a career timing decision. You get a direct, experienced answer and a brief written follow-up summary.
Pre-Training Clarity Session
A structured 90-minute session for anyone considering pilot training. We review your financial position, medical readiness, lifestyle constraints, pathway options, and school shortlist. You leave with a written summary and a clear recommendation, before you commit six figures. If your schools need a deeper evaluation, the Flight School Vetting Report is a natural next step.
Flight School Vetting Report
A detailed, written evaluation of your shortlisted schools (2-3). We assess each against regulatory, operational, financial, and behavioural criteria and deliver a comparative report with a clear recommendation. Often commissioned after a Pre-Training Clarity Session, but can be booked independently.
SIM Check & OPC Preparation
Focused sessions on what assessors actually look for, common failure points, and mental preparation. Built from real examiner experience so you walk in knowing what to expect.
CRM & Non-Technical Skills
Live, 1-on-1 coaching for pilots who understand the technical material but need to develop their CRM presence, decision-making under pressure, and communication skills for airline environments. Available as single sessions or a structured multi-session program.

Fill out a short intake form so we know your background before we get on the call.

You get a written summary with specific next steps, not a motivational pep talk.
Common Questions
A single training decision (choosing the wrong school, the wrong pathway, or starting before you're financially ready) can cost €10,000–€80,000 in wasted time and money. Our sessions exist to prevent those mistakes. You're not paying for a conversation. You're paying for the judgment of someone who has seen hundreds of pilots make these decisions, and knows which ones work. If you're looking for a lower entry point, the Focused Consultation starts at €99 for a single-topic call, and the self-paced Career Decision Guide is €45.
Flight school instructors are good at teaching you to fly. But they work for the school. They're not going to tell you that their school's completion rate is below average, that their pricing isn't competitive, or that you'd be better off training elsewhere. We have zero affiliations with any flight school. No commissions, no referral fees, no partnerships. Our advice is the same whether you train or not.
Every session is a structured, one-on-one consultation with an active airline captain. Before the session, you share your situation and questions. During the session, we work through your specific scenario. No generic advice, no scripts. You walk away with clear next steps, not vague encouragement. For services like the Flight School Vetting Report, you also receive a written assessment of your shortlisted schools.
The earlier you get structured guidance, the less time and money you waste on the wrong path. The Pre-Training Clarity Session is specifically designed for people who haven't decided yet. That's the point. The biggest financial risks in aviation happen before training starts: choosing the wrong school, underestimating costs, or starting without a clear pathway.
Our sessions are designed around your questions. You set the agenda. Before booking, you share your situation so we can prepare. If we can't help with what you need, we'll tell you before the session rather than take your money. We'd rather turn away a booking than deliver something that isn't useful.
Every mentor holds a current airline command and an active training or examining role. Our team includes Ground Training Instructors, Line Training Captains (LTC), Type Rating Instructors (TRI), and Type Rating Examiners (TRE). These are the people who teach theory, train pilots on the line, deliver type ratings in the simulator, and conduct official skill tests. This isn't retired experience. It's current, active, line-flying and training expertise.
